Marcus Morelli

Holds Brazilian, Italian, and U.S. citizenship.
Marcus Morelli, Founder and CEO of TRIARII, has more than 30 years of professional experience in leadership roles globally, with experience across a broad range of industries and business functions, serving companies of different sizes and legal structures, at every stage of the business lifecycle.
Prior to founding TRIARII, he held executive positions in Brazil, Latin America, the United States, Canada, and Europe, working with both multinational and local companies.
At the helm of TRIARII, Marcus has led more than 210 projects, spanning the areas of Business Diagnostics, Strategic Planning, Performance Improvement, Business Recovery, Mergers and Acquisitions, Financing, and Debt Restructuring.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emmanuel College (Boston, USA) and a postgraduate degree in Forensic Accounting Investigation from Northeastern University (Boston, USA). He is also a Professor of Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning at TRIARII Academy.
